Joel Feldman, the owner and visionary who started it all, has been serving the needs of hardworking professional chefs and home cooks since 1975. Our Mission
We are dedicated to being the number one source in the area for everything the serious or novice cook needs – and we strive to offer a wide variety of hard-to-find items. In addition to the best kitchen gadgets, we offer cooking classes, professional knife-sharpening services, gift cards, wedding registry, and occasionally a favorite recipe or two.
